US College Placements is an authorized agent for high ranking partner Primary Schools and High Schools and we assist self -funded students with applications to 1 of our 5 partner schools
Our service includes: Free Consultation - Zoom/Whatsapp
Assessment 1st Stage
1) Helping you choose the right school/college/university
2) Verifying your documents, uploading all transcripts or mark sheets from
post - secondary education
3) Demonstrate English language proficiency through submission of TOEFL
IELTS, or Duo - lingo scores
4) Ensuring that you have the funds for your tuition fees and living costs
5) Guidance with resume and personal statement writing/statement of
objectives and letters of recommendation
Application 2nd Stage
1)Submit any standardized test scores( GRE, GMAT, etc), specialized goal statements and questionnaires as required by the program
2)Sharing links for visa requirements & assisting where legally authorized
3)Submitting your applications to various schools (up to five schools)
4)Submitting the required application fee ( separate fee based on each school) to be paid directly to the school
If your application is successful, we assist with the onboarding and acceptance process, meeting requirements, getting your confirmation of enrolment and guidance with your visa and application process
Application 3rd Stage
1) College/High School Acceptance letter response, EFA letter - Eligibility for Admission letter - student to "accept" or "reject" offer
2) Sending transcripts & health forms to the school
3) Electronically signing offers of acceptance
4)Downloading Tuition breakdown
5)Student to pay initial Tuition deposit within 15 days of EFA letter
6) Payments by credit card/Flywire or Transfermate or other providers
b) Upon deposit confirmation, Letter of Acceptance will be issued
7) Procedure after deposit is paid - setup username and password, this is to create e mail account for all university/high school notifications
8)How to access the Student Services HUB - portal to be activated to register for classes
9) Review student admitted page on university portal, follow links about tuition, new student orientation, course registrations, insurance, arrival to Canada/USA and any other student service - related matters
Application 4th Stage - Deferral Process
Application - Deferral of admission( offer of admission must be accepted & Tuition deposit must have been paid)
We assist with how to request for a deferral of admission due to:
1) Student Visa is denied and the student will re apply
2) Student Visa not approved in time to travel to Canada
3) Other unforeseen circumstances
Deferral's must be made 2 months prior to the start of the program, if you subsequently received the visa and want to attend in the term admitted, we must notify the university/college/school by email about the change in circumstances
Application - General Refund Policy on Tuition Deposit
1) Deposits to be refunded less processing fee if visa application is denied
(official visa denial letter received from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada is required
2) Deposit will be returned based on the original payment method
3)As required by the Global Anti Money Laundering (AML) Regulations, deposit MUST be returned to the Original Payer(s) and to the originating bank account/credit card
Application - Student - "hold my hand service"
1) Track deadlines. Read through your acceptance letter and take note of important dates:
Deadline to take placement test
Deadline to sign up for orientation
Deadline to apply for housing/boarding school
Deadline to submit final high school transcript
Deadline to file your financial aid documents
Deadline to accept admission (and pay the acceptance fee, if applicable)
